This is an invaluable tool-clients say their Strategic Action Plan enabled them to achieve their goals in less time than they thought possible. Also included in her service, at no additional FREE, unlimited email coaching. This is a huge benefit, because things come up between sessions that you may need assistance with, and she will be available 24-7 to guide you.
Devi can help you with:
- Improving Relationships (couples and families)-Clients predominantly seek out therapy because of relational problems, or because their lives are being impacted by their relationships. Therapists are experts in solving relational problems. Marriage, parenting, family, bosses, friendships, or divorces? Devi’s got you covered. Meds can help you think and feel better, but they cannot teach you how to be a more effective communicator, and how to resolve the conflict. Medication treats symptoms while coaching treats the root problem.
- Major Life Events-Navigating change isn’t easy. Divorce or break-up, a financial crisis, serious health issues or accident, dealing with a mid-life crisis, or aging concerns are good reasons to talk to an experienced mental health professional who can guide you through these change points.
- Depression, Anxiety or Other Mental Health Issues-If life has no meaning, or the things that used to bring you joy now seem too much effort, it may be time to seek help. Although medications are commonly prescribed for Major Depression, research shows that milder forms of depression may respond to more natural forms of treatment such as increased socialization, vitamin D, increased exercise, and cognitive behavioral Therapy (CBT).
- Feeling nervous or panicky in social situations, fears or phobias such as fear of flying, driving, or public speaking, PTSD from traumatic experiences, free-floating anxiety that seems to stay, or Panic Attacks which come and go can be managed effectively and reduced with counseling and hypnosis.
